Sauteed Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. tilapia filets (3 filets)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp. dried basil)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lemon
- paprika
- 1/4 c. canola oil (or melted butter)
Preparation:
- Brush filets with olive oil and set aside.
- Mix flour, cheese, basil, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Coat fish with this mixture.
- Pour canola oil into saucepan and heat to medium-low.
- Cover and saute fish approximately 8 minutes per side.
- Squeeze fresh lemon on fish and sprinkle with paprika.
